Our Story

It all began with a familiar moment for our founder, Paula. As a first‑time mum, she found herself holding onto tiny outfits filled with memories. Like many parents, she didn’t want to sell them or leave them in a donation bin without knowing where they might end up.

With over 12 years of experience supporting vulnerable families, Paula knew there were parents nearby who truly needed these items. She realised there was a gap a need for a simple, dignified way for families to pass on their treasured belongings directly to those who would benefit most.

From that realisation, BabyCare Reach was born: a bridge between families who want  to give with purpose and families who need support delivered with care.

What started as one mum’s desire to make a meaningful difference has grown into a  community movement powered by kindness, dignity, and hope.

Our Mission

To support families with dignity by redistributing essential baby and children’s items,  reducing waste, and building a kinder, more connected community.

Our Vision

A South Yorkshire where every family feels supported, valued, and able to provide the basics their children need.

Our Values

Dignity

Every family deserves respect and compassion.
